Regular session taking place at Connect for developers working on Linux Distributions to share progress on ARM Linux platform support. Users are also welcome to share their experiences using Linux distributions on ARM. The goal of the discussion is to identify areas in which Linaro can help.
LEG has been optimizing Ceph, HDFS, Swift and kernel file system CRC algorithms, the session will describe the speed up and patch upstreaming and will then cover how to improve the collaboration and synergy with the Linaro Kernel working group.

As part of Linaro CI v2 project, several improvements have been implemented and deployed in order to make CI at Linaro faster, more reliable and easier to use by the developers. The session will present the new workflow to setup and maintain CI loops, as well as the tools used by Linaro like Jenkins.
The openCSD project is developing an open source trace decode library for ARM CoreSight trace sources. When complete, this will provide trace decode for current ARM Cortex cores and associated trace protocols.We will provide a short presentation describing the library architecture and scope, along with use cases and outline examples. The current status of the project and future plans will also be provided.

Linaro is using OpenEmbedded as part of its engineering builds. We propose to discuss how Linaro is using OpenEmbedded for its use cases and how we can improve our contribution to YOCTO project. The goal of the discussion is to identify areas in which Linaro can help.
