YVR18-406:EAS for Android mainlining update

The Arm/Linaro Energy Aware Scheduling (EAS) has made big strides towards mainline during 2018. Thanks to closer alignment with upstream, a new release process enables ‘EAS for Android’ to appear quickly new Android Common Kernel appears. This talk will detail what has changed, how we are working with mainline Linux kernel, and how SoC vendors can make use of the latest EAS.
